Something good about hospital: 1. All medical staff specially Dr. VK, Dr. Harish Dr. Shilpa & Asha (Physiotherapist, really working hard on patients) and nursing staff doing great job. 2.Physio and nursing staff are very receptive and responsive in nature. Few considerable remarks about hospital which directly and indirectly affects patients health- 1.All physiotherapy appliances are not connected with UPS power (due to sudden fluctuation in voltage it impacts on brain disease patients while combination physiotherapy units are in working mode). 2. Hygienity is not maintained inside physiotherapy ward (Beds are not covered with sheets, no pillow covers, sometime these plastic beds stinks like anything). 3. Washrooms have no geysers & showers and it is very difficult for back patients to bring hot water from ground floor in bucket and take bath in sitting posture with mug. 4 There is no provision of drinking hot water for patients in hospital. 4. Radiology team need to be very proactive and change the attitude, it doesnt mean that if they have switched-off some machine thn they will switch-ON that machine as per their own comfort, they should respect customers precious time. 5. Air conditioners are not operating automatically, on every power cut patient need to operate manually even remote is not with AC unit. Obviously it causes for patient sleep disturbance and health impact. 6. Last but not least, Inhouse canteen must be operated to maintain the hygienic food standard and for patients health safety. Other important feedbacks: Hospital should avoid charging advance and for rest health check ups fees if customer falls under cashless health insurance policy. Crucial Remark: Admin department need to be more proactive for patients satisfaction. I believe Hospital administration will work on all observations to manage better health safety standards, they must follow ISO 20K and 9001 guidelines. Thanks medical staff to treating me in such a short span.

Dr. VK Gupta is the first NeuroSurgeon of Hisar, he is the legendary Doctor who started Neurology Speciality in Hisar and Adjoining Districts some 25Years back by starting the First NeuroSurgery Hospital in Hisar. We find Dr. V K Gupta to be highly competent and up to date in his field, he is a patient centric doctor who listens to the patient and then decides the best course of Medical Treatment. While my uncle was admitted to VK Neurocare Hospital we saw he has given high discounts to the really needy patients who cant afford full cost of surgery. My Uncle is alive because we reached to the right Doctor at right time. I wish a good life to the Dr. VK Gupta and its staff, who has helped us a lot while our stay in VK Neurocare Hospital in Hisar.

Vk neurocare & trauma research center is operating since 1987, the director of the hospital is Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta is an expert of brain & spine surgery, has an experience of over 30 years & has done over 7000 surgeries by using latest technologies. Vk neurocare is the first neurology center in hisar. I have visited couple of times n have felt they have the best services related to brain & spine diseases in Haryana region & staff is very much supportive, patients response after getting treatment is very good, I will surely recommend VK neurocare to anyone who has problems related to brain & spine.
