The home system services and support is pathetic in veena nagar , lbs road area, Mulund west area. Every saturday and sunday there are issues(which means there might be issues everyday but not many bother during week days) The more pain area is their support. Nobody is bothered to give a correct update. The call centre female doesn't even understand what needs to be done. You will receive an SMS that ur complaint is registered. Irrespective of the problem you will receive a standard reply "There is a technical issue. Engineer will fix at earliest." But there is no definition of earliest. They have a scheme of providing 6 months free data on paying for 6 months, However, those free 6 months i believe goes in their downtime.
