Awesome Dietician Dr. Drishti Sharma. I strongly recommend her for any weight loss requirement. To be frank- I always avoided reaching out to any dietician, because as per my knowledge a dietician always kept you hungry. However when it became imperative for me to reduce weight. The doctor is super understanding. She would initially ask you tons of questions, but that is probably to deeply understand the problem and get to its root cause. Also, what I earlier believed that homeopathic medicine puts too much restriction on your diet, but it wasnt so. She gave me the medicine aftee understanding the problem. Although it was a 3 month course unlike allopathy wherein they could fix the same in 5 days. But the problem earlier with allopathy was that problem would occur say after every 4-5 months whenever there would be an allergic trigger. But thankfully, after the medicinal course prescribed by doctor Drishti, the problem has not occured again till date. Only thing probably which probably is very important is to be punctual with your medicines and complete the course..atleast I believe so..and it worked for me..
