Terrible customer service. Will not respond to me, continuously lying to me and as my purchase has not been shipped and it looks like they have zero intention of doing so they have now stolen 2000 from me. I eventually received these items at the beginning of December from ordering in October, we didn’t need them anymore as we found another supplier but every mention of getting a refund was completely ignored and as far as I’m concerned they refused.
