Worst Experience - I joined Bikram yoga Kalyani Nagar, Pune branch with very positive hopes & expectations. As I am regularly doing yoga since last 3-4 years, but this is the first time I faced the worst experience of yoga. They did very well start first week after joining. The girl named Priti (Receptionist or managing the center) said there is one offer going on and I will get good discount id I will go for months. I trusted and paid the six months amount (My Big Mistake). This was the last day when I attended class because after that there were no classes. I specify before paying the amount that I can attend only early morning batch (6:30 am.), but she (Priti) keep sending me messages daily that there is no 6:30 am class tomorrow please attend 10:45 am. class. I said many times that I couldn't attend any other class because of my office hours. But there are none stop issues. Sometimes instructor is not there; sometimes heater is not working, sometimes electricity is not there, sometimes centre is closed for one week, etc. Today I completed 40 days, and I hardly get 10 days classes. When I complained and asked for the refund, she gave me one number Paloma and said she is the CEO talk to her. Then I spoke to the Paloma and did not get any positive response from her too. She keep a promise that from next week classes will continue and that next week never comes. The same I keep calling to her, and she apologised every time with the new issue. No refund no classes. Highly unprofessionalism and waste of money and time. I said I couldn't go without regular yoga classes, so I joined Iyengar and asking them for refund, but now I understand they believe in cheated the customers and doing the business. I am now planning to submit a report against Bikram yoga in consumer court customer care because I don't want they cheat someone else now.
