HDFC Ltd. branch compared to anywhere else in India. Haven't seen more unprofessional approach even in government offices. No reply to mails, won't pick the calls. Govt offices are lot better than this bank. so that I am going to close my Loan Account . Wish I could give a 0 star.

Very Unprofessional Staff. Do not reply to calls and Messages and when you call the staff, they simply switch off the mobile. Please select any other Bank for your Home Loan need, at least not this one.
