One of the best decisions taken by me in the recent past for my health. HWYM team ensures that they provide diet only basis your reports and doesn’t have a “one size fits all” approach. The diet is very well planned and is adjusted as per my work schedule. Also any feedback on diet is quickly actioned upon to ensure that the comfort with food is there and hunger pangs are managed. Have completed almost 3 weeks with them now and already getting compliments on the physical change due to inch loss... Trousers are well fitted now.. Belt loops go deeper!! It’s so much fun!!! Target is to achieve more than 10 kg loss in 3 months and I am pretty confident that I will not just exceed that but also enjoy the process as well as sustain it!! Thank you Team HWYM!!!!
