I don't write reviews about employers on open platforms, but Anblicks has insulted few of my team members including myself. HR department never respond to your questions, they are bunch of **** sitting and try to implement nonsense rules and regulations.If you were terminated the reason is non performance that too after 4 years of employment and the severance pay is just 15 days if you negotiate well it would be 30 days or you will made to report to some random junior who doesn't know how to manage, interestingly you will get best employee of the month about couple of months ago and you will sent to PIP in few months after receiving your award. If you have an offer from this company, talk to their ex employees and consider joining the company even if you are not in employment for few months.

If you have any other offer, pls. go for it...they hires the people on project basis and fires once the project is over. Politics are at it's best, performers are treated as a***, don't want to write more than this.

Pros : Nothing Cons: i worked with this organization exactly 4 working days, here is what I heard from their employees. you can be terminated without notice and at will. No cordial atmosphere or respect to the employees. Everyone works under tremendous insecurity. If you need to join this organization, think twice before joining.

Nothing good to tell a about this organisation,I was hired for their data engineering team and after working there for 15 days, I informed my manager that I am not well and need a day off but then my payroll got stopped and HR called me to inform not to come to office and salary did get credited for 15 days as well, also HR is too rude never trust this organisation.If you have to join them or at their client's location think twice.

One word to describe this organization would be "Useless" and in fact they can change their organization to Useless/Ridiculous Solutions Private Limited. This organization do not have ethics at all. General advice for those who are willing to join this organization, Please hold on for a second and think. I would definitely NOT recommend this organization to any of my friends/colleagues
