I recently visited this clinic because I had very high fever and stomach in the right side. Initially I consulted a General Physician. That doctor has prescribed me a couple of tests. This branch consists of a diagnostic center also so I decided to go through the tests. All the tests were worth around 7380. I paid the bill and all those tests were done. The next when I got my reports, the doctor I consulted was not available. My fever was getting worse, so in an emergency I consulted an other Physician who was available at that time. I don't want to take the names. In my reports, it was diagnosed that I had a small stone around 2-3mm in the kidney, because of which I got urine infection. After this diagnosis, the second one suggested me to get admitted into his private clinic which was near by to this one for 2-3 days and take injections. I was a bit tensed to get admitted into the hospital immediately, so I wanted to consult the same doctor to whom I explained my problem initially. I waited for the next day and met the first one. This one asked me to admit into some other hospital for 5 days and take injections for 2 times a day. I was just shocked again. Then, for a second opinion, I consulted a family doctor, he suggested me tablets course for 20 days and said that there is nothing to worry. I told him the whole incident. I was just shocked after listening to his reply. He said that by taking those injection suggested by them would severely effect the kidneys. This was the whole incident that happened, the reason me not going to the family doctor initially is, the doctor is aged and he closed his clinic due to covid. I went to his home for the treatment. This may be a small incident but my question to Apollo is what kind of doctors do you even hire? These people use patients to develop their personal businesses. They will deteriorate a problem more and more of the patient for money.

Poor quality of service. One, there is no queue system , people come in randomly and keep jumping lines. There isn't enough waiting area to sit and wait for your turn for a test. Two, the doctor may or may not be available for the slot you have booked your health checkup for. I have booked a health check up for my mother. Blood samples, ecg, x-ray is done same day, doctor who performs ultrasound isn't available (strangely they did not mention this while confirming the appointment). So I was asked to make another round to clinic next day. The gynecologist would be available at a different time in day when compared to general physician. All doctors would be available at different times. You may have to make multiple visits. After charging higher Premium when compared to other clinics, they provide sub-par service.

Good hospital only for Rich. They request to take many unnecessary tests.For a small problem please avoid it for saving money. If you are rich and doubtful person, then you can go. It will suitable to you. Definately Health is more important than money. But we can't support money eating clinics.

Do not join here for Physiotherapy. Only one person is available for services. for any reason if he/she is not available, your session has to be dropped. I have joined for 12 days physiotherapy with multiple sessions dropped due to non availability of the person.
