The moment we entered the hospital on a Sunday evening, Dr Sandeep Prasad proactively started all the necessary steps and treatment for my mother who had a fractured hip and is elderly. He explained in details about the surgery procedure, with pros and cons associated with it. Dr Prasad is soft spoken and well experienced doctor who put us at ease after we understood the whole treatment process. Thank you doctor.

Dr. Sandeep Prasad. God only knows what mess would have I ended in if I hadnt met him. One of the best Doctors I have ever seen !!! His diagnosis and the way he treats. Holds u so gently, you just feel come what may I am safe with this man around. After meeting a bike accident I ended up having multiple fractures and injuries. I met Dr Sandeep Prasad and he not only ensured a quick recovery but also made sure I was extremely comfortable the wholetime. He and his staff treated me with extreme care and love and I cant thank them enough. Really enthusiastic and knowledgeable doctor. He was about to end his day but still agreed to meet me. He diagnosed my back sprain accurately and made sure to explain everything in detail. I am a resident of Srinagar colony and visited Health Valley Hospital, which is located in kondapur, just because what I heard from our cousin about Dr Sandeep Prasad's ability, Patience and personal care. I am not at all disappointed with the first meet itself along with my father for his TKR procedure. He is really a down to earth personality and cares about not only patient and answers all queries from family members. After the discussion with doctor, my father gained confidence on Dr. Sandeep and he took decision to go forward with TKR. My father being long-term type2 diabetic, we were concern about wound healing and risk of infection, same expressed to doctor, where he assured special care on this and he did special focus and made him recover fast. He started his walk next day and within a week, he able to walk without support. The operation procedure, care taking and hygienic point of view Dr. Sandeep Prasad is best at his abilities. His motive towards cost efficient treatment will also help patients. With all this experience, I would strongly recommend anyone to visit Dr. Sandeep Prasad before taking any decision for TKR or any ORTHOPAEDICS related issue to seek his opinion and move forward. Doctor Sandeep Prasad was very much approachable and clearly explained the problem and what to do. It gave lot of confidence to my kid and us. I felt it was costly a bit for cast but later on there was no consulting fee taken for my next three visits so was happy from cost perspective as well. Doctor was available on whatsapp for my queries.
