I am impressed with their website and pool designs but the way they have respond to customers is terrible. They have no idea how to behave with customers. No way i would recommend this based on customer relationship

I have never come across a more arrogant approach to customers than from Mr Valentine... does not know how to speak to a prospect and just pushes his point of view on others. Product line and the person selling it just don’t meet in the middle at swimbox. Pathetic customer service. No matter how great your product is it will never sell with the wrong attitude Mr. Valentine.
