Worthless non-ethical shop; I took a carrom board worth of Rs.2000 and in a day the deck was out of shape. He claims that he has no warranty from the company where he is getting, so he didn’t even bother to look at it and do the needful. Such a cheap fellow such a cheap mentality shop.

I walked into this store with a firm mind to buy a pair of badminton bats since I and my wife wanted to make sure our weekends included some fitness regimen What followed was the worst customer service ever. I asked for different colored handles to which the sales guy replied there were none. Not convinced,I insisted if he could check. The look of disgust and an irritated response I got from the guy was enough for me to make up my mind to never buy from a brick and mortar store. 15 min later I got the same bats at a rock bottom price during Amazon's lightning deals. I'm of the opinion that local business should be encouraged to thrive when it the discounts aren't very high but with a cold customer service like this, they are going to get the boot
