The major problem with residencies at bachupally is the bad smell and air pollution due to the nearby medicine factory. Hirise Avenue is decent but you won't find anything worthwhile outside for your daily needs or shopping. The gym is not good with broken equipment. The houses are big but not worth investing because the area is far away from city. However rents are considerably cheap.

Good one for living, nice place with silent good atmosphere, less polluted, feels cool once entered in Hi-Rise colony, enjoyed my 2 years stay in Hi-Rise villa # 165, felt good safe place for living
It's a pleasnt colony to stay.. with 70 individual houses Gated community. A well maintained Colony with lush green lawns, big trees on both sides of the internal roads. The society also has a club house. It's near to Miyapur x roads where the Metro starts.
