We have approached Home Lane for the interior work to be done for our Duplex House. Design Team has spent lot of time for us to give the best design solution for our house. Even though the project got delayed during the Installation Phase, Overall experience is very good. Home Lane is providing excellent after Service for any problems with the work done. Particularly, the service team and carpenters are very professional and I am extremely happy with the service.

I had all my Interiors done by Home Lane(Gachibowli) in December 2019, the entire work was finished within 25 days, the entire staff were professional,right from designing to installation, but due to a slight design error in the kitchen, I had water leakage on my kitchen granite, the water was leaking from the counter tops, so I raised a concern to Home Lane on March 2020, but due to Covid there was no immediate response even after multiple emails, time passes and finally on November of 2020 a person named “Shiva Prasad Bodas” contacted me, after telling him about the issue he personally came home looked at the problem and promised me that he will get things fixed. After that I didn’t have to call even once, he followed me up with every little thing, he kept me posted about every little thing,and I finally got my kitchen fixed last week. I really had to give a special mention to this person Shiva Prasad Bodas, he was really professional and dedicated towards his work. Very glad that HomeLane got such professionals. Thanks for service HomeLane and Shiva.

The quality of work and responsiveness is good. My project was delayed by 2 months but they also honored the penalty agreement. HomeLane Care was also very responsive for the first service checkup. I appreciate it.

Very bad interior company..Do not fall in their fake promise trap..they never complete work on time which they are promoting that they will complete work on time and in 45 days..the project team which do the installation are worst.I want to mention the project manager name-Mr. Nishant kumar.He does not understand basic things which we are asking..Not at all professional..So many issues in the work done.In two month sink unit which was fixed by homelane and Mr. nishant team fell down and he sent his unskilled team to fix that and they broke the dustbin unit..then when we contacted homelane care team they are saying its physical damage and it will not cover in warranty.. Do not fall for their 45 days promise and fake warranty promises..highly unskilled and unprofessional people on the team.After few days of usage things have started breaking..very bad quality of work..Not recommended at all.
