Fraud Even if they are your last option, do not buy from them. It will anyway not meet your purpose. They are all fake people cheating people through their website. I have lost 3500rs after placing an order through their website. forget about promised delivery, they dont send same product what they show/promise in their website. No gift packing whatsoever, all you receive is junk in a carton box. pathetic customer support. they have provided whatsapp and email communication links but they do not consider your complaint or request through them. Very unprofessional and fake, you can easily find out through their communication process. No point in wasting your time to get your issue addressed, all they talk about is terms and conditions even if your claim is valid and as per their terms and conditions. Be aware

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD..CYBER CRIME...Beware...fake website..I placed a bouquet worth 3700...they didn't deliver at all or refund money.....more over they don't have contact number..they don't respond to emails..i was in bit hurry to place a bouquet order for friends wedding to surprise in last minute and didn't check reviews...I usually check reviews....I hope this review will help someone from falling into this trap. I'm in process of filing cyber crime complaint to hyderabad police. If you got cheated by them..I suggest you to do the same..

They dont send the items as shown in the website. The flowers are stale and delivery is late. When you call them, they talk very rudely. Local shop with absolutely no sense of business. Do not waste your money with them.

Without reading the reviews yesterday i placed an order of fruits n bouquet wirth 1250, it's showing pending order after i paid money and i didn't even get order confirmation, no contact number. If you cheat people like this you will surely loose all your money at once. Try to be honest n do good business.

Unreliable service.TImelines not adhered even for prime locations.Customer service is a complete zero. I wish there is a zero rating.I lost 500 and also missed giving a memorable sendoff gift to my cousin.
