Worst worst worst customer service. Our tickets got cancelled due to pandemic. They never returned our money. First of all they deducted 50% of our tickets for cancellation. First of all they are deducting so much. Then they never gave us our refund. We had to ask them for almost 8 months and they still didn’t give it. Whenever we called them they told us they are busy. They are super ridiculous and super rude. Never going to them again!!

Due to corona pandemic our trip to abroad got cancelled. They booked our flight tickets and when we asked for refund they are giving partial amount that too in installments. And then when we are asking them for full amount they aren't picking our calls and if they pick up our calls they are rude to us. Kindly think wisely before you choose your travel agency. These people are here with fake reviews and greed.
