Most horrible staff. They don’t even acknowledge the deficient services & have a very indifferent attitude. If you are looking to gifting , then carry your own gift wrapping equipment. They don’t have any neither will they help you. Mr Syed something at reception is busy counting the money in his draw, he won’t mind what is happening , he will simply disown & say his owner is not available for any feedback you want to give. Around 50 staff in that store of 1000sft! Forgetful experience. Check other options for your cosmetics in city

Great store. All the employees are quite knowledgeable. Only funny thing was they were playing devotional songs in the store. Not that I'm against it but that just tampers with the ambience they've setup
