We had good experience with Lifecell. Balaji helped with answering most of the queries and he explained most of the provisions in a clear manner. Jamuna was the paramedic who helped us at the time of surgery. She was very professional and was constantly in touch with us on the delivery day. On a whole it was a pleasureful experience

We were blessed with a baby girl 3days back. We had a great experience with Lifecell. Paramedic Prasanna was in constant touch from the time we left for the hospital till the delivery. Very pleasant and polite, she took great care, along with on time sample collection. Pankaj was very convincing about choosing Lifecell, he answered lot of questions with patience. Great follow up and response from Pankaj as well as Suresh.

Am very much pleased with the Life Cell Services. Am blessed with a Baby Boy. We were expecting the baby in the morning and the Paramedic Prasanna was continuously in touch with us. It is topmost company in providing worst experience for stem cell banking. Their executive Mr. T S Venkat Raman, has promised us of baby stroller along with the stem cell package that has been provided. They were punctual in collection of stem cells and certificate of acknowledgment about storage of the same. However, now that the T S Venkat Raman is not responding to calls, I have tried following up with their customer care executive who is asking for a written proof, and it seems Mr Venkat is not responding to customer care executive also. How can I believe any one from that company now ? Now I’m not even sure how well the stem cells have been processed and stored ??
