I had kidney stones since a long time and was looking for a specialist doctor who would help me manage the condition. It was then I came to know about the health assistance offered by Medeaz. I then subscribed to Medeaz My Health Manager. Though they offer traditional as well as digital health assistance, their dedicated health assistance offered by My Health Manager helped me find out the best specialist doctor nearest to my location. He helped me get an appointment with the doctor at Indo Us Hospital at my available time. Not just this, I availed the online complimentary diet and nutritionist consultation through the Medeaz clinic. This further helped me in the better managing the health condition. Furthermore their health manager does a regular follow up if I needed any more health assistance.

Most of us prefer not consulting the doctor unless it is actually required because we fear the long queues at the hospital and I was even one among them. But now I don’t because of Medeaz appointment live tracking system, the only integrated health assistance system in India that offers tracking of doctor appointments. It was a working day and I was stuck at a busy schedule at work and had an appointment with the doctor at 2:00 pm. I was a bit worried, what if there is a long waiting queue at the hospital and I would get stuck at the hospital. It was then a message populated on my mobile (Mr. Sainath your appointment is rescheduled to 3:00 pm due to doctor’s unavailability (emergency reasons). This appointment live tracking system of Medeaz helped me manage my schedules at work as I was informed before time that my appointment is delayed. I reached the hospital at the rescheduled time, had not to wait too long and had a hassle free appointment process.
