Really affordable housing project , which is HMDA approved and safe layout to invest in . I have heard phase one was marketed for 19.5 lakhs but now customers are reselling for over 40 lakhs

Nice place to live, pollution free environment.

Peaceful, pollution free residential area with independent and lots of open plots. Ground level water available in this location. But Basic amneties like proper roads, water lines not provided even it's HMDA approved layout. Wonder govt encouraging people to buy houses from HMDA approved layout but they're giving permissions neither checking facilities provided by builder nor HMDA providing.
