This is about the Banjara Hills Branch: They have a decent range of products and the quality is also fine. But they have the worst attitude one could imagine. They take the payment for the entire shipment in advance (which I think is fine) but then post that, no update. When a payment is made in lakhs, one would expect to be kept posted about the shipment. Very very poor communication from them. When the product finally arrived after chasing them, many pieces were damaged. I am having nightmares thinking of the follow up that i would have to do with them for this again. I wish it was all over so I wouldn't have to put up with that team anymore. To sum it up - The products might be good. But it is a hellish experience overall. At the end you'd wish you never dealt with this company for your requirement in the 1st place.
