Now a days they are not responding properly. Like bluee cross this also will lose people view. Their service is not satisfied for me. Two years back. I appreciate them. They are fabulous. Latha mam never ever pick the call and. Even no call back to the callers. What the way they were giving service. Today I taken one rescued dog with skin infection to their shelter. They rejected to keep it with them by telling. We have ticks to other dogs and this dog will die for sure. If we keep it. Morning I did call to the customer care. He said. We will send vehicle by evening. I was waiting for. Vehicle. After 6 pm. I have taken dog to shelter from auncity to nagole. Even though they dine take the dog. Just gave two injection and kept powder on wounds. When I asked them. This is way they were doing. Two years. I saw them by giving good service. I appreciated them alot. But not now. I have given two dogs at December 26th 2020 at nagole shelter. They said. They died . Even they dint let me to see them. I gave them at some how good condition. They said. They died. How cruel they are see. I don't like PFA. From nowonwards. I don't prefer it. I don't want to give even one star. Their no option that's why I kept one star.

There was a stray puppy which got bitten by pigs.we taught of getting it to near by pet clinic. But it was almost late night... We searched in Google for any near by pet clinics or NGO where we found People for animals ....we took the puppy and handed it over there.... Hopefully I pray to god that the puppy will get well soon. Thanks to "people for animals" for they good response when we call them
They killed my cat. I understand he was in bad shape. They didn't inform us about his death. They probably didn't feed him for a couple days too. They lied to us. Please prefer over check ups. Or go to melkote govt hospital if you've got reach w a good doctor. Olive's pet clinic, Dr kadambari for cats, Dr Praveen for dogs. Your animal won't survive in this place that's a given.
