The sales people and their hospitality is good. Their collection is decent. However, I specifically wanted to put out there that the attitude of this particular store owner/ manager who ever she is. I was looking through some collection and wanted to ask her some suggestions. The first question she asked was “What kind of house do I live in.... is it a duplex, villa or an apartment?”. Only when I answered that she continued to speak with me. It took me some time to realize what happened. This is some contemptible attitude that needs to be changed. Please treat all your customers equally no matter what background they come from. We all come in to buy your products. The first step towards a successful business is treating your customer right. Please do take care of these small things as they will make path for a bright future.
