Absolutely adore this place! The pride of Hyderabad, Natural Historical Museum, National Portrait Gallery, and many other truly incredible collections like Antique pieces, amazing sculptures, punch-marked coins, old photos, paintings, weapons, artifacts, and handicrafts are some of the beautiful displays in this museum and many more attractions that can't be listed. Amazing place to nourish your knowledge of different eras in human history and the rise of great civilizations. The ambiance of this place draws our minds so continually to dwell upon the past. One visit isn’t going to cut it coming here. You’ll need several visits to see everything on display here. So make sure you take the time to walk around and enjoy the many different exhibits Don’t forget to see the biggest attraction of the museum that is the musical clock dates back to the 19th century and consists of more than 350 parts. In which musical tone plays every hour, people gather in big numbers just to see the striking of the gong by the toy. Ticket Price for adults Rs 20/- Ticket for foreigners Rs 500/- Photography allowed for an additional charge of Rs 50/- Cloakroom available to keep your belongings, The museum has a place to eat, Washrooms are available, Security is tight on the way in, bags will be checked. One wonders as you walk around how all of it came to Hyderabad...

It was a great place to learn about our Hyderabad's history .Food is fine and it is a great place to visit with our family and friends on weekends. Ac's been provided inside so that you can't feel the heat outside.water is supplied free inside and the clock show was amazing.overall,it was a fun place but the only thing you should remember is you have to pay extra 50 rs to carry Mobie phone or camera with you, otherwise a 20 rs entry is fine .

One of the best museums in India. They have lots of lots of collection. It will take more than a half day of covered with good detail. Very well maintained and reflection of history is very well covered through artifact s of several dynasties. Don't miss the veiled Rebecca, one of the finest creation till date. It's carved in Marble and looks very realistic..
