I have selected in the interview and salary negotiation also done. But they don't release the offer letter and said we are unable to offer what we discussed. I don't know why they given the commitment on offer. I tried a lot to reach them but they refused to talk with me. If they are unable to offer the salary need to inform the candidate because he/she will search another job. The basic things they don't know. This is all done by ms.afreen-HR in that company. Atleast she don't know about statutory related basics as a HR manager.
