Hi. I visited Shine studio panjagutta a week ago regarding hair patch. First, will have to tell u abt the receiving from the front office team. They are really dedicated n commited people to give the customer the best patch which suits the person. She(shreeya) had lots of patience in explaining in detail reg patches n prices. Prices are really affordable. And the service was really appreciable. Highly qualified technicians. Polite staff.. worthy studio...

The service is good and much appreciated. But the staff behaviour in punjagutta center is not good. The worst attitude that I have ever seen in my life. The staff don't know how to behave with the customers. I have been customer since 3 years but never experienced this type of behaviour. By doing self service in my home for 6 months, I went to studio for hair refilling. Without proper check they suggest me to take a new system for their profit. So I said okay and opt for a new system. After service completion they demanding to pay the full amount as I came just for refilling I inform them that will pay half amount but they are shouting like anything. Inspite of a customer for 3 years they dint allow me to pay half amount as like I am escaping from them.Then after I called the manager and payed half amount. The staff girl should change the behaviour better don't behave like u r the manager of studio.Give respect to customers and answer them in a polite way.

Really friendly people but the only problem is that they keep on hiring new people every now and then,therefore understanding of the client goes on toss.Everytime you go ,you end up seeing a new hair dresser.Most of the time ,they are lack in experience.The new people make you look even more artificial.So,better to continue with the experienced staff.. Otherwise,The office staff is friendly and helpful.
