We own a villa in Praneeth Pranav Blooms, a project by Sri Developers. We are very satisfied with the quality of construction. From day 1 till the occupancy, the builders were very supportive. They gave utmost importance to the customer satisfaction. They incorporated changes as per our needs. During our visits to the site when under construction, there used to be engineers/ supervisors accompanying us to understand the status and details of construction. Home loan processing and registration went on very smoothly. Legal documents and link documents were transparently shared, which is very important to buy property.

We are happy to own a villa in Praneeth Pranav Bloom's, a SRI developers venture. This is the only under construction venture in 2016 which has Hmda approval with all proper link documents and they are very transparent about the same. Looking at these approvals, documents, the place, roads and plants, it didn't take us much time to commit a villa here. We are very much satisfied with the construction process, quality and transperancy. I would definitely recommend Sri developers to my friends. Last but not least, we feel awesome during this lock down because of my house. We are not experiencing any pain of lock down with our own lovely home.
