He said he will draw a free hand tattoo on skin with pen. İdea was good but the shape was not satisfactory. He said he will make it corrected while piercing tattoo and started tattoo. İn the middle I asked a picture, and my tattoo out line was worst. İt was over!! I'm now helpless. I paid him 6k. He should not behave over confident though he is creative...
