I have taken a football of rs 500 from this shop on Saturday evening Sunday morning there was no air left in ball and there was no visible hole in it. When I called the shop and asked for replacement they refused. Even 500 is not grown on trees to spend like this on defected pieces. Beware very bad service if you want to waste your money then go here no Quality at all.

Warning: Please don't buy any products from this store I have shopped an Hot wheels toy for my son for Rs 1149. By chance checked the same product in the next shop Surprisingly it's 50% off within 5 mins went back to this shop to return the product but the lady refused to take it back. Their policy doesn't allow to take returns even in 5 mins Their policy allow to cheat customers. I will suggest to never go this shop if you really want to buy go to the other store where they accept returns
Very bad experience... Poor quality toys. Unfriendly and rude staff. I asked for a demo before I but, this guy refused. Ok, I paid, later I see the demo, it is such a poor quality product, absolute waste of my money. I said I don't like this one, I want to change to something else, he says it's not possible. Once paid the product can't be returned. Bloody thug... Never ever will I return to this store. Pathetic.
Love the store and it's collection. Very nicely stocked and conveniently located on the ground floor in City Center.
