Disappointing experience - other than the routine help in paperwork, there is no customer focus. Received a mere mail forward type of service that is like ordinary post (snail mail), not even courier speed! They do not have even a 'to do' checklist for Customer, causing unwanted delays to complete the work in reasonable time.Their follow-up is poor; customer needs to call many times!
