Excellent services. Staff is skillful. Went for 4-5 tests and the nurse at Sample Collection, named Sravanthi, was very friendly. Collection was absolutely painless and over before I even noticed.

I think the staff at the reception should be empathetic. No.empathy...... Should keep the customer informed how long will it take for them to give us the information. It's like we need to keep asking..... What's next.....when we walked out due to that attitude it didn't even bother them a bit.. I always had high regards for this diagnostic centre.....for their service

Recent days we have visited this diagnostics for one of my family member's MRA. One of our known has refered Mr. Prabhakar senior radiographer here. He is excellent in service, receiving counselling, I can't stop appreciating the way he has handled when my family member has developed MR sound phobia.
