I wish if google can give an option for zero star rating, i will give it to hyson kottayam. For a fiat punto with serious tire alignment issue, hyson kottayam suggest me to change lower arms & suspensions & give me a budget estimate 25-30K for this.they told me the lower arm & tire discs are bended due to off road rides Later the issue solved by an experienced mechanic at ettumanoor (kurians tire works @ ettumanoor peroor road) by a traditional tire allignment work @ 300 rs. The computer automated wheel alignment i used to do in other shops unable to give this much result) & he suggest me to replace the tires. The actual issue was on the tires, not in lower arm or suspensions...

Kept me updated about the work and why it was taking time to complete the check and the work I requested. I believe the work was through. Jeep is a respected and reputed name worldwide though Hyson is not. But hyson can catch up with former, at least in Kerala, even in National level too, if they change their way of working and improve their attitude towards the customers specially to those who are approaching them with vehicle service needs. Selling a vehicle these days are not an achievement of the dealers, it is done by the fame of the brand. But dealers has an important role in the quality of after sales service. Dealer should match the fame of the brand.
