Dhruv is a sheerly professional person. I had a requirement for the face masks 3ply. It was a good quantity and was looking for a good supplier. He provided me the masks at a great price. After calling few distributors for knee braces I finally decided to go with I Touch Surgical. Unlike other suppliers I Touch Surgical was aware of the product they are selling. All other suppliers had neither any information about the product they were selling nor they were understanding the issue I was having. Mr Shah asked me to share my Xray & MRI reports and he quickly understood and recommended the right brace to me. Such information about the product is very important as patients also rely on the seller to understand the injury patient is suffering from. Thank you for your support :)
