I had purchased iberry auxus nuclea n1 in 2013, the phone had many issues and i didn't get proper support even after frequent follow-ups as they are focused on only selling their phone. Finally i filed a case in consumer forum in 2014, they didn't even attended a single hearing, in 2015 the judgement has been given in my favour. But till now they have not turned up to settle.. they are not conserned about customer nor law.. friends please stay away from this company and their products.

I bought and used Iberry Nuclea N2 few years back. Phone was very average and with issues like over heating ,battery draining ,hanging etc.They had very limited service centres even in big cities.There was no sufficient software upgrades to fix issues too.overall i was not happy.

This company is not working to meet its customers expectations i have been sitting like a duck past 3 months now for change of my screen and still no spare is available for changing my touch screen. I hope they are listening even though their phone is out of order as i checked today on 02/08/2016
