A very Good Company I would say for career and development.. But it all depends on which team you are part of... I had been working with Icon for 4 years & I have learnt nothing & wasted my career being in a department which has no scope.. Also, No friendly people..Humans are very bad in this place & you cannot trust any humans here..Especially some Guys who work here really sucks... No words to describe more than this.... Beware of those !!! The place I mention here is mainly the Chennai branch... Other than that, company is good and the management and leave policies are so good...
