The people who are at the customer service should be patient and compassionate and 1 out of three people sitting there have such a quality, has to go 3 times at there office to get my idea sim upgraded to 4G, and it's on the part of idea, they are not good at the backend and how can we expect service at front end, it was good but could have been better.
