I am sharing my bad experience with Incheon Kia. I cancelled a booking with them. These guys will hold you money giving stories. Every other Kia dealership in India refund the money back with in 2 to 3 days. I have requested a refund on the 28th of March 2021 and today being 12 April they have not paid the money back. They say it may take up to 15 working days to process. But when it comes to taking a delivery I was asked to pay 18.5 lakhs in advance even before seeing the car. Please keep this in mind when you deal with them. Thank you
