It is main office of all meteorological department. It gives us the information regarding weather with 99 percent accuracy. It's forecasting is so real that this year Indian government ables to save hundreds crore rupees due to its accurate forecasting\u200b. Love it.

IMD is one of the important Government of India's agency responsible for weather & Monsoon forecasting. Its head quarters is located in Delhi & has got observation stations across the Country. Significant improvement is observed in its monsoon & daily Weather Forecasting which used to appear in daily in news papers across the Country. Monsoon forecasting has helped farmers to a greater extant. Every year, in March/April, people used to wait for its monsoon forecasting.
