Have tried to email and call numbers on shipping manifest. No reply and the sheets advertised as cinnamon are "hunter" orange. No help or assistance in returning them. Poor quality.

Bought two sets of their egyptian cotton bedsets on Amazon for each of our bedrooms. Was charged import tax on top of huge delivery costs. Sets had loose threads on every item and bobbled horribly within 4 washes. Sheets stretched out of shape and colours faded. After less than 1 year I had to ditch them all, despite the description saying they were high quality amd would last for years. Awful customer service, who ignored me and then refused to engage. Avoid unless you like itchy bobbled sheets that are a nightmare to iron.
