Ordered Aurora 5 model and extremely satisfied with whole experience, from initial queries to buying till the delivery was done. I had multiple queries which were answered professionally over the call and whatsApp. Ordered on 15th Feb and it was delivered within 3 days. We paid 1250rs for crutches and they have still not delivered. They dont have the order number and giving number of excuses. Fraud company it seems. Please be aware. Customer service Nikita is unaware of order number and will give you Fedex some Dhara and Ajays number who will tell you they are not from customer care. Please be aware before sending them money.
