Really I couldn't realize that we came from outside. The driver who accompanied with us, nick name " Subrata Goswami", behave just like we expect from our own son. For being an educated person he kept his symbol & not for a moment after boarding in cab, we think himself as a driver. The proprietor r very realistic, accommodative & cordial. The rates are satisfactory. Wish him all success in his mission.
I am from Mumbai and love traveling & exploring places, away from the hustle and bustle of the maximum city. North East had been on our wish list for a while. So at a very short notice we decided to finally embark on a 2 week tour to Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal in Dec 2018. To ensure comfort for my family of 6 (parents, sister, wife and 5yr daughter), I decided to hire a Innova for the entire tour - airport pickup to drop. Having spoken to a few operators I connected with Innova Fleet Management. Mr Uttom Kumar (proprietor) came across as a soft spoken and warm individual. We formed an instant connection & I felt pretty confident to avail his services. He offered a brand new Innova Crysta and a very experienced driver for the tour. My tour itinerary was self-compiled and still needed some fine tuning, specifically for the journey to/fro from Tawang. Uttomji's guidance and reliable contacts helped in finalizing the entire journey within a few days Driver Sumit was an instant hit with my family. He is a Assam local, knows the routes very well and is an extremely safe, reliable driver. Within a few miles we were assured of being in safe hands and thereon looked forward to a wonderful trip. The enroute dhabas, places we stayed, points we covered were just fabulous. Sumit got our pulse and knew our expectations. He is a top driver! I can't end this review before commending Uttomji for being such a top professional. During our trip Uttomji had a personal emergency in his family, and even then, he made concerted efforts to stay in touch through journey to ensure our comfort. I knew we couldn't embark on our flight back before meeting Uttomji and giving him a good hug for a truly memorable family vacation. That happened on our last day @ Guwahati. My advise to all the readers - You will never go wrong with your choice of Uttomji and Sumit. Trust them to guide you through the pristine beauty of the east. Khublei (Thank you) !!
