i have purchased 3 blue star air conditions from INTEL AIR TECHNOLOGIES in the year of 2015 . 1st year as every one know that service is free of cost from vendor from next year i took Annual Maintance Contract from the same company and provide my AMC cheque on time. I am happy with the service engineer who came for service every quarter of the year but not Happy with their service center department as every year after 1st rain water comes out inside my bedroom or drawing room every year and i already inform them to check it properly but unfortunattly it was not done. They are very much punctual about reminders of AMC cheques before its expire but if any issue of customer after a lot follow up we get resolution that is not fair. please look into customer service satification becuase old customers are the pillar of your building.

Horrible service. They AREN'T authorized sellers of Daikin brand btw. I bought 6 ACs from them and inspite of giving them considerable business, they quoted me 3 times the price of the spare part (12000/- for a 4000/- part). I would NOT recommend conducting business with them.
