Its is a beautiful forest range in Wayanad... This stretch is famous for a Friendly Wild Elephant called Maniyan... He is so friendly that people and even childrens used to Feed him fruits... He passed away on 7th September 2019 & was around 36 Years old.. Its believed that he has been attacked by a wild elephant herd. !! This Forest was his playground!! We all Miss u Maniya... will never forget you. ഓർമ്മിക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് നല്ല നിമിഷങ്ങൾ നൽകി യാത്രയായി നമ്മുടെ മണിയൻ..!!
