Attended to me with diligence and understanding my needs Excellent massage to relieve all stress and pain from all parts and masseur adjusted the pressure and technique as per my need Good hospitality, clean bathing They can consider variety packaging and give 3030 6030 etc combination of massages, reduce cost to grow more Reception and admin staff are friendly, cordial& helpful Anyone needing relaxation and rejuvenation can certainly consider the place. I received my money worth service

This is my favourite spa in Mysore which provided best massage by a well trained crew in my every visit. But I had a very bitter experience this week. I went to Spa as usual with after a telephonic booking and I was allotted with a crew named "Deepa" from Sikkim. I had such a bad experience of my life time. She does not know how to massage at all. She was simply applying oil everywhere and had zero skills about massage. Very importantly when I spoke about my dissatisfaction about this, she was very arrogant, stubborn, adamant, and not ready to accept the fact at all. She simply said, "I know to do like this only, if you want you can get the massage or you may go" Her behaviour disappointed me very much. I have given four stars for the good reception crew, infrastructure, ambience, and other facilities. The other three crew are too good in their profession and you may opt anyone of them. Please deny Deepa as a crew as you will be disappointed in all aspects.

Awesome place it is located on the 4th floor with good parking facilities if you want to have a good massage, get yourself relaxed then visit this place and get massage services by the Indonesians ladies. Pricing is OK, should have been less. Should provide good price for regular members by providing membership offers.

Came here for a 1 hour traditional Thai massage. After paying, the staff failed to give me the correct change. I pointed this out and the reception lady said, I would be given the rest in 5 minutes. After which I went for the massage, which was above average and I had no complaints about that. I then had to remind the reception staff about the change and only on the 2nd reminder did they finally give me my money. The massage was fine, but I won't be coming back when this is how the reception staff behave.

Only good spa in whole of Mysore that I could find. Knowledgeable staff, masseuses are great at their understanding of different types of massages, no pestering for "happy ending" or "extra services". If you want a good massage, visit here. If you want to be part of "bobs and vagene" group, then go anywhere else please. Oh and yes, they accept only cash, which is the reason for 4 stars.
