Dear IVS, Wanted to give feedback on the way your team has been cautious on packaging the Original documents, This feedback is considering you change you attitude to your customer who see your service in future. When I have posted my documents, understanding the thickness of the documents, I have enclosed them in a strong cardboard so that the edges are not folder in transit. Your team who is in this service should have been more cautions and knowledge. unfortunately your team did not even adopted the secure method I had adopted. I have even explicitly requested to be cautious and pack the return courier in the same way as I did., This shows the respect your team has to their work. It does not take much cost nor effort in doing such packaging, it all makes difference how we value our customer So, request to adopt a decent packaging (you are also not charging any less amount for the service) to safe guard the critical documents of customers Trust you will forward this feedback to the management Sharing you some photos of package before and after opening. I contacted office over phone call. UAE attestation .Rs 6000 per document. . I got UAE attestation in 5 days . Charge 4500 per document. Courier charge Rs 300 . . ( I am doing this for the first time , so , not enough knowledge )
