This fort is my most favourite sea fort. It is opposite to vijaygad. Fortification is still intact. It looks small from the front but huge from inside. Old house structure can be seen. View from the fortification is just amazing. This fort hold very strong position. A must visit place mostly in winter or rainy season.

The fort is nothing but ruins. The outer wall of the fort is in a good shape. Not entry fees. There is no board giving the details of the fort or information about the history of the fort. It's a great place to see the sunset and the nearby JSW energy plant. The fort could have been maintained better.
Beautiful location. No tickets needed. There's no specific time for visit as there is no gate to stop you from going in. Views are amazing. There's a beautiful large banyan tree inside with lots of birds .. and a temple. We reached at 8am and there was just a cowherd there. No other visitor
Small historical fort. Advisable to visit in morning or evening time. Afternoon it's very hot.
Jaigad fort is a small fort near the sea. Like most other forts of Maharashtra, it is not in very good condition. There are few ruins of old buildings and a small temple. The perimeter wall is generally intact and you can walk on it to get a good view of the surrounding. The western side provides a great view of the Arabian sea. A good place to spend some time.
Beautiful fort, must visit once at least. The fort with picturesque sea view, calm place , less people. The pictures uploaded here by me are taken in month of January.
It's a small fort, though you can climb and walk around the ramparts, it has a beautiful view of the sea. The ticket office is closed, but people can enter the fort. One can easily cover the entire fort in 15 - 20 minutes, as its pretty bare inside.
Fort is in decent state with most of the fortification intact. It also offers mesmerising views of creek and sea from almost all sides. But it's pretty secluded with not many establishments nearby and no information anywhere about the history of the fort.
