Accurate water

we called this agency from this service and asked them to replace the parts as suggested by other service man earlier,but surprisingly they informed that those parts are okey and do not need to be replaced.we were shocked that earlier person told us to replace parts of worth Rs 5000.00 now vans people serviced our machine well and now running fine at very reasonable service charge.

After getting recently serviced (less than month) and getting the motor changed ,spending nearly Rs.3000 ,the Kent machine started giving noisy beep.Called the service centre (Vansh Technotrade) a lady named POOJA spoke and insisted that it will cost Rs.350 for just the visit of the technician.When I told that it has been serviced and motor was replaced just 3 weeks ago she was rude and stated that I must agree first to pay the service charges since the earlier service validity is only for just 15 days.It seems Kent after few years is not a purifier but a money draining machine for the customer.
