Jewel of India is a project by Suncity Projects Pvt Ltd. The possession of the apartments have started. The location of the project is close to Jaipur stock exchange on JLN Marg. There are numerous unique features they are providing with the apartment. One such feature is JOI APP, the app has various premium features. Jewel of India have Luxury Apartments as well as Penthouses. Automatic car washing, Laundromat, Drivers' Lounge are some of its unique features. As the name suggests it stands unique from all the other luxury project in Jaipur Rajasthan. The services they are providing is surely on the world class level and they are not compromising on anything. This is going to be a mark of standard for other projects out there.

So I am a resident of this so called "luxurious flats", these people are fraud and cunning people, what they showed us and what they provided us differs a lot. They charge high maintenance fees without providing any facilities. In my case they have refused to install the kitchen once we moved in, all they are offering is 1 lac rs for the modular kitchen, when we asked them to provide the kitchen and other things which tjeu showed is in sample flat( talkigm about basins, kitchen, wardrobe and other fixtures), as per them they never said that it will be same as sampel flat, don't get fooled and swayed away with their swanky marketing skills. Edit 1:- half of the reviews on this page are fake. Also, how can one property gives their own light bill, it should come directly through JVVNL. Anyway, we have filed the case and the date is 22nd Oct 2020. Will keep you updated. Please feel free to contact me.
