Very poor service. Some persons do not know the exact reason of the breakdown of the AC. If they have come for a particular AC for which complain was made they charge extra Rs. 5,00/- for the visit.

hitachi air conditioners are worst ...i bought so expensive inverter ac from hitachi ...its just 15 months and it has been repaired 3 times. 2 times under warranty and one time by paaing so much.cost of amc of hitachi ac is also double of regular acs. hitachi should stop making acs and harassing people.
