This is the best hotel in Auli by far Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the extremely clean & comfortable place plus we had a room with a balconyview .It was way better than I expected, the suite was very spacious and beautiful it was like a heaven we had room with an amazing view of snowy mountains, snow covered land, superb experience best hotel in auli

We have booked in last may for our honeymoon but due to covid unable to visit and now hotel is not refunding the amount. We are in need to money but hotel is denying to pay back the amount to agent and agent is not paying to us. Agent always give excuse of hotel. So i think both of them are cheating us and took our 3 night stay money. Even not answering the calls.
The place is a MESS. Google description is all fake. No proper room heating in winters. No hot water available. The staff is absolutely unaware and service is HORRIBLE. No one answers you properly. The rooms were dusty!! Cushion covers smell of oil! For the tariff, this place is THE WORST! You’d rather stay in Lower Auli and take the ropeway or a cab ride to the top.
1. Hotel not maintain properly and very dirty.. 2. Food quality very bad with high price. 3. Difficult to reach....hotel situated gate no 8 n you have to go gate no 10 for skiing hence have to pay extra 1000 per person to reach gate no. 10...which is worthless.. Better stay in Joshimath...it will save your lots of time as well as money friends.....I will never suggest to stay this hotel...
Best hotel ever we really enjoyed alot just visited there n I really like there food n all services n the staff are really good n kind it's like a dream place for me .
We booked this place for 4 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. Best place if you love skiing. Service is really amazing. They provide hot water supply for 24 hours. Also, they serve you food in your rooms depends upon the situation. Overall worth spending 2 nights at this place. Please ask for cable chair car ride in advance. I heard they’re giving it for complimentary.

Hotel location is awesome. Snow mountains, cool breeze. But the accessibility is not good. Not suggestive for old people. Reaching there is a big task. Need to go with rope way and drop at tower 8. Need to get down 9 floors and walk in mud and snow area. Lift will not work there. Hotel maintenance is also not up to the mark. No back power. \u200d️. Not to stay more than 2 days.
